Pogotowie dietetyczne is an application that allows you to easily control your nutrition, monitor results, and store data. In our application, you will find a diet plan, menu, journal, guide, and workout timer.

The Pogotowie Dietetyczne app offers much more than just a calorie calculator or weight loss solution. Developed by a group of clinical dietitians at the Ajwendieta Clinic, the application provides access to 7 diets and 18 menu plans designed for individuals looking to lose weight, athletes, and those suffering from autoimmune diseases such as Hashimoto's or RA, insulin resistance, low-carb or high-carb dietary preferences, gastrointestinal issues, histamine intolerance, among others.

Among the available diets in the app are paleo, autoimmune protocol, samurai diet, vegetarian, vegan, and ketogenic diet. For each diet, users can access guidelines, recommended and restricted foods, solutions to common problems, additional tips, and a detailed menu plan.

The built-in cookbook feature with over 4400 culinary recipes makes counting calories and eating healthily effortless. Users can scale recipes based on the number of servings required while nutritional values and ingredient lists adjust accordingly.

In addition to diets and menu plans, the app includes:

 <li>A diet/workout journal</li>
 <li>A workout timer</li>
 <li>A shopping list</li>

LIFESTYLE JOURNAL

Track your daily food and beverage intake to maintain control over your diet. Record how you felt after meals, add photos of both meals not on the menu plan and those from the dedicated menu in your chosen nutrition program. With a single click, you can automatically save a meal from the menu plan in your journal. You can also log your sleep details including duration and quality, as well as workouts specifying time spent, intensity, and mood. The training timer feature allows easy logging of your workout sessions with one click. The journal lets you note bowel movements and related issues; you can even add selfies to document progress during the diet.

The premium version of the journal syncs with the server to prevent data loss in case of device misplacement or when switching devices.

WORKOUT TIMER

The built-in timer enables interval training in the background for activities like TABATA or HIIT workouts or walk-jogs. Set workout and rest durations along with rounds e.g., running for 3 minutes followed by a 1-minute walk. Simply place your phone in your pocket; the signals will guide you during the session. Your workout is automatically saved in the journal upon completion.

DYETIC ABC

Your go-to glossary for dietary terms explained in simple language. Find clarifications for unclear terms such as heartburn, reflux, allergy, intolerance here. This glossary is updated monthly with new entries.

NUTRITION GUIDE

Frequent queries like whether coffee is healthy or if doing sit-ups can reduce belly fat are addressed here along with tips on boosting immunity or improving sleep quality. The guide is regularly updated with new topics.
